CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION (CAC) CERTIFIED

Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria issued a Certificate of Incorporation to Mountleigh Oil and Energy Limited in the year, 2010. This simply means that we have been certified by CAC to conduct our business as we do meet the various conditions given by CAC as explained in the paragraph below.

The Corporate Affairs Commission is an autonomous body which is responsible for the regulation and supervision of the formation, incorporation, management and winding up of companies; to establish and maintain companies registry and offices in all the states of the Federation suitably and adequately equipped to discharge its functions under the Act or any law in respect of which it is charged with responsibility; to arrange and conduct an investigation into the affairs of any company where the interests of the shareholders and the public so demand; to undertake such other activities as are necessary or expedient for giving full effect to the provisions of the Act.

DEPARTMENT OF PETROLEUM RESOURCES (DPR) CERTIFIED

The Federal Republic of Nigeria through DPR has permitted Mountleigh Oil and Energy Limited to operate as an oil industry service company and render the following services to the Oil industry:

• Onshore Pipeline/Storage Facility Maintenance – Corrosion prevention & Control Services
• Major Construction Services – Installation and Upgrade of Onshore & Offshore Production Facilities, Platforms & Process Facilities

Mountleigh also goes through the standard recertification annually.

DPR in Nigeria has the statutory responsibility of ensuring compliance to petroleum laws, regulations and guidelines in the Oil and Gas Industry. The discharge of these responsibilities involves monitoring of operations at drilling sites, producing wells, production platforms and flow stations, crude oil export terminals, refineries, storage depots, pump stations, retail outlets, any other locations where petroleum is either stored or sold, and all pipelines carrying crude oil, natural gas and petroleum products.
